Dear Honorable Leaders,

We are writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter of great concern to the Jewish Community living within a mile of New Square. As you are aware, our community has flourished into a vibrant and beautiful Jewish community, with Hashem's help and blessing.

We understand and respect your concerns regarding our community's growth and expansion. However, we cannot ignore the well-documented practices of discrimination and harassment perpetrated by individuals within your community, seemingly with the blessing of the New Square Kehilla. These actions aim to impede our community's growth and development.

We urge you to take immediate action to cease these discriminatory practices, including halting any transactions currently under contract. Failure to do so may expose perpetrators to investigations by authorities for potential violations, including:

- Mortgage fraud

- Misrepresenting properties as primary residences

- Redlining and discriminatory housing practices

- Racketeering and coordinating illegal real estate activities

- Overcrowding and creating hazardous living conditions

We strongly advise those involved in these illicit activities to divest themselves from these properties and avoid potential criminal prosecution.

We hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and without further escalation. However, we will not hesitate to take necessary actions to protect our community's rights and interests.

The time has come for these unacceptable practices to end. We hope that you will make the wise decision to cease these activities immediately.
